Common Questions

Where do I pick up Grab & Go bundles?
All bundles collect from our Quakers Hill studio (Western Sydney). Pickup window is between 9am–5pm on the day you book — we coordinate exact time at quote.
Do I need to set it up myself?
Yes — Grab & Go is DIY. Each bundle includes setup instructions / a how-to PDF so you can assemble in 15–30 minutes. If you want delivery + setup, see our standard hire packages instead.
Do I pay a bond?
Yes — small refundable bond ($50) per bundle to cover damage. Returned at drop-off of clean, undamaged items the next day.
Can I add delivery if I change my mind?
Yes — delivery + pickup add-on starts at $40 across Sydney metro. Add at quote or upgrade up to 48 hours before pickup.
What if I damage something?
Light wear is expected and not charged — small chips, balloon residue, dust. Heavy damage (breaks, stains, missing parts) deducted from the bond at our cost (which is generally well under retail).
Can I bundle multiple Grab & Go packs?
Yes — many DIY parties book the Cake Table Starter + Centrepiece Quickset together ($195 total). Or all four ($375). We add a small multi-bundle bond ($75 for 2+ items).
Is this the same as Kayalex Grab & Go?
No — Kayalex Grab & Go is our partner balloon studio's same-day balloon pickup service. This page is the broader HnK Grab & Go extending the concept to backdrops, plinths, vases and signage.
