Corporate Events Hire Questions

Do you invoice for corporate bookings?
Yes — all corporate bookings are invoiced with ABN, 14-day standard terms (or 30-day on enterprise accounts). Tax invoices issued on booking confirmation; final invoice issued post-event.
Can you do custom branded backdrops?
Yes — we do custom step-and-repeat backdrops, vinyl decals with your logo, and custom MDF cutouts. Lead time is 7–10 days for printed step-and-repeat, 5–7 days for vinyl. See custom props and vinyl decals.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes — we hold $20M public liability insurance through our broker. We can provide a Certificate of Currency on request for venue requirements.
Can you set up in the CBD or large venues?
Yes — we regularly deliver to The Star, Hyde Park venues, ICC Sydney, hotel function rooms and CBD office spaces. Loading dock and security access requirements should be flagged on enquiry.
Do you offer styling advice for our brand?
Yes — send us your brand guidelines, logo and colour palette via our contact form. We'll suggest a styling combination on-brand and quote within 24 hours.
