Does this work with halls that don't allow nails or tape?
Yes — every piece in this package is freestanding. No nails, no tape, no command hooks. We bring our own backdrop stand and weighted plinths, so the package works at every Sydney council hall with strict wall policies. Your bond stays safe.
How long does setup take?
Standard bump-in is 30–45 minutes for our team. We work to your hall's bump-in window — most council halls give 30–60 minutes either side. Tell us your bump-in time on enquiry and we'll arrive 5 minutes early.
Will the styling overcome fluorescent hall lighting?
Yes — we choose colour palettes and balloon finishes specifically designed to look good under fluorescent light. Glossy chrome, matte deep tones and bold contrasts photograph well; soft pastels can wash out. We'll suggest colours that work in your specific hall.
Can you deliver to halls across Sydney?
Yes — we deliver to council halls across Western Sydney, The Hills, Blacktown, Parramatta, Inner West, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire. Standard Sydney metro delivery is included in the package. Suburbs beyond 25 km from Quakers Hill have a small surcharge — see our delivery calculator.
Can I book midweek for a hall booking?
Yes — if your bump-in date AND pickup date fall on Tue/Wed/Thu, our midweek 10% discount applies automatically. Perfect for childcare-run hall parties and corporate hall events.
What if my hall has a 30-min bump-out window?
We can usually pack down in 25–35 minutes. If your bump-out window is genuinely tight, mention it on enquiry — we can prepare a faster-pack-down version of the package (simpler garland, easier-disassemble backdrop).
