What's included

  • 10% off the total hire fee (excludes delivery, custom design and consumables)
  • Applies to all in-stock pieces & standard packages
  • Same delivery + setup + pack-down as weekend bookings

What's not included

  • Cannot be combined with package discounts — we'll apply whichever saves more
  • Custom signage, vinyl decals and bespoke cutouts excluded (already at lowest production cost)
  • Discount does not apply to delivery surcharges for suburbs beyond 25 km from Quakers Hill
  • Bond and damage policies unchanged

  • Both delivery and pickup must fall on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
  • Public holiday Tue/Wed/Thu may be excluded — check at quote
  • Bookings must be confirmed with deposit; quotes don't auto-lock the date

Common questions

Do I need to mention a discount code?
No. The 10% discount is applied automatically when your event date is a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you want, mention MIDWEEK10 in your enquiry to make sure we don't miss it.
What if my event is Wednesday but pickup is Friday?
For the midweek rate, both the delivery and pickup must fall on Tue/Wed/Thu. If your pickup spills into Friday, it counts as a weekend booking. Many midweek clients book Tue delivery + Thu pickup, or Wed delivery + Thu pickup.
Is the inventory the same as weekends?
Yes — in fact better, because we have far more availability midweek. You get the pick of backdrops, plinths and signature pieces that book up months ahead for Saturdays.
Can I book a corporate event for 50 people?
Absolutely. Corporate events are a perfect midweek fit — teams gather during work hours, parking is easier, and the 10% saving on a typical $1,500–$3,000 activation is a meaningful sum. WhatsApp us with your brief.
Do you offer the discount for last-minute bookings?
Yes. Even bookings within 7 days qualify if the dates fall midweek. Midweek often has more availability than weekend last-minute requests.
What about public holidays?
Public holiday Tue/Wed/Thu (e.g. ANZAC Day, Christmas Day on a midweek) may not qualify as they're effectively weekend-demand days. We'll let you know at quote.
