Do you invoice schools and centres directly?
Yes — full ABN-quoted, GST-itemised invoice with NET 14 day terms. Send PO or coordinator details on the booking form and we handle the rest. No personal credit card needed.
What's the minimum booking?
$200 for school/childcare events — covers backdrop + balloon arrangement for a single classroom or activity room. No minimum for repeat bookings or accounts on file.
Are your pieces child-safe?
Yes — backdrops freestanding (no nails/tape), balloon garlands using premium latex (no choking-hazard mylar), plinths weighted (no tipping risk), all setups positioned out of reach of climbers. Public liability insured to $20M.
Can you deliver during school/centre hours?
Yes — early morning (before 8:30am), quiet window (during nap time at daycare, or after 3:30pm for schools) delivery preferred. We coordinate with your bump-in window at booking.
Do you require a deposit?
For accredited education providers (DET schools, registered childcare centres, OOSH programs) — no deposit required. Invoice issued post-event with NET 14 day terms. For other organisations, standard 30% deposit applies.
What about Department of Education compliance?
We carry $20M public liability insurance, can provide certificate of currency on request, and follow Department of Education contractor compliance for setup in school grounds. Working With Children Check held by all delivery staff.
Can you supply repeat bookings (e.g. monthly birthdays at our centre)?
Yes — many Sydney childcare centres book us monthly for in-centre birthday styling. We can set up a recurring booking template with your standard requirements + invoice consolidated monthly.
Do you cover Sydney suburbs outside metro?
Yes — we deliver across Sydney metro and Greater NSW. Hawkesbury, Penrith, Blue Mountains, Camden and South Coast all serviced (small travel surcharge for outer suburbs).
