A word about what's not included
We've all been burned by surprise fees. Here's what costs extra so you can budget honestly:
- • Delivery beyond 10 km of Quakers Hill — $40–$120 depending on suburb. Calculate yours.
- • Custom backdrops — step-and-repeat with your logo printed is $250–$450 (lead time 7–10 days).
- • Idle hire time — if you want the booth at the venue early but only running later, idle hours are $40/hr.
- • Sunday / public holiday surcharge — +10% on booth hire.
All other features listed in each package are 100% included — no upsells on the day, no surprise invoices.
